We accept refund or exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order, only in the case of a defect or damage to an item. To process your request quickly, please provide a clear photo of the affected item(s). We aim to review and process these requests within 7 business days as a maximum.

To be eligible for a refund / exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
